They were amazing and I am so happy I went here instead of anywhere else. My cat was very curious and didn't shy away from them like he normally does with new people. That to me showed how much he trusted them, and surprised me! I don't think I would go anywhere else.
When we put our dog Ziggy to sleep, we were absolutely heart broken. Bay Veterinary Clinic really cared about the unfortunate event. They showed us this by sending us a lovely card and a plaque that had our dog's name engraved in it as a keepsake. They have won me over for future pets because of their kindness and dedication to their animals from the beginning til the end.
This was the very first vet I've ever taken my cat too, so I was a little wary and scared for how much I was going to spend. I was so happy with the way they treated my cat who is usually very shy and the way they informed me of everything that was going on with him.
The thing I love most about Bay Vet Clinic is that they are like a small family, and you feel like your pet is part of it. Plus they call after you bring your pet in to make sure everything is ok!
They are very caring of all my animals (5 dogs, 5 cats). In fact, when my 2 pound puppy got distemper and I chose to treat him rather than put him down, Dr. Sue saved his life and he lived to be more than 16 years old. The office is run very professionally, seldom is there a long wait for your appointment and I like the fact they call the day before to remind you.
I brought my hamster in because she was very sick and the people were very nice. I was a little distraught that I spent $56 or so on a hamster smaller than my palm for just a check up. But overall the experience was amazing!
